Account Executive Trainee - multiple locations
Summary:
Alter Trading Corporation is searching for energetic and goal-oriented Account Executive Trainees to develop and manage industrial accounts (ferrous and non-ferrous), to bid on other accounts/projects as necessary to support volume and margin targets at our facilities. This position may be located in Lincoln, NE, Hayfield, MN, Anoka, MN, Madison, WI, and/or Des Moines, IA.
Education/Experience:
The ideal candidates will have 2-4 years experience in sales, marketing or operations preferably in the durable goods industry. Scrap metal processing experience is preferred but not required. Alter prefers candidates with a 4 year college degree concentrating in Marketing, Business, Production Management, or related field of study. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training at a production facility as well as other operations and offices within the Alter system.
Other Requirements:
Local candidates preferred. The ability to relocate within the Alter system is required.
