About Bettendorf
ABW has been processing Alcoa's scrap aluminum at its current site since 1990. Alter transitioned a former J.I. Case building into a warehouse/processing center for the services we provide for the Alcoa Davenport Works Facility. We utilize approximately 350,000 square feet of floor space and through put millions of pounds of aluminum every month to Alcoa's specifications.
Our facility is ISO 9001 certified and we have had an excellent quality record with our customer. We are not one of Alters tradition "scrap yards" but we are proud of our 25 year successful relationship with Alcoa and look forward to many more years to come.
